Abstract: There is currently limited data regarding the use of newer generation drug-eluting stents in patients undergoing drug-eluting stenting of very long lesions (requiring ≥60 mm of continuous stent) in native coronary arteries (“full-metal jacket”). The objective of the current study was to analyse the rate of major cardiovascular events including target lesion revascularisation in subjects undergoing full-metal jacket stenting using newer generation drug-eluting stents
