Abstract: Mushroom coffee is a growing trend among health enthusiasts seeking an alternative to regular coffee. This unique beverage combines traditional coffee with medicinal mushrooms, promising a range of health benefits while reducing some of the drawbacks associated with conventional coffee. The process of making mushroom coffee involves drying and grinding mushrooms into a fine powder, which is then mixed with ground coffee beans. This combination allows coffee drinkers to enjoy the familiar taste and aroma of coffee while benefiting from the medicinal properties of mushrooms.
