| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre Orchestra presents the programme for their operatic concert, conducted by Mro. Joseph Vella, led by Marcelline Agius, and starring operatic singer Cecilia Gasdia. The concert featured musical works from the operas/operettas of Mozart, Rossini, Massenet, Lehár, Mascagni, Puccini and Verdi. The performance was held on the occasion of the President of Malta's 81st Birthday, on the 30th of March, 1994, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
