Abstract: Manoel Theatre, the Society for the Promotion of Cultural Activities (S.P.A.K.), and the Ministry of Youth and the Arts, in collaboration with Austrian Airlines, present the programme for a waltz and operetta concert, conducted by Gert Hofbauer, and performed by the Wiener Hofburg-Orchester. The concert starred singers Milena Rudiferia (soprano), Benedict Kobel (tenor), Rudolf Wasserlof (baritone), and Theodore Ciurdeea-Coresi (bass), and violinist Manfred Geyrhalter. The concert featured the musical works of Strauss, Mozart, Kálmán, Lehár, and Rossini. The performance was held on the 22nd and the 23rd of January, 1994, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta.
