| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and Fondazzjoni Operistika Manoel present the programme for the combined presentation of the publication "A Study in Depth of 143 Maps Representing the Great Siege of Malta of 1565" (written by Albert Ganado and Maurice Agius-Vadalà), and performance of the opera "The Maltese Cross" (written by Peter Serracino Inglott with music composed by Charles Camilleri). The opera performance was musically directed by Michael Laus, and featured the University Vocal Ensemble (directed by chorus master Dion Buhagiar). The opera performance was presented by compere Vicki Ann Cremona. The performance was held on the 6th of December, 1994, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
