| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and Valletta Dramatic Company (V.D.C.), in collaboration with the Ministry of Youth and Culture, present the programme for the operetta "Scugnizza", written by Carlo Lombardo with music composed by Mario Costa, adapted to Maltese by Joe Brincat with a new musical arrangement by Twanny Chircop, and artistically directed by Charles Caruana. The performance featured an orchestra conducted by Archibald Mizzi. The performance also featured choreography created by Felix Busuttil, which was performed by dancers from the YADA Dance Company. The performance was held on the occasion of the V.D.C.'s 20th anniversary, from the 17th till the 19th of February, 1995, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
