Abstract: Recruitment and selection processes are what consolidates a company in delivering good services and products to its guests. If recruitment is taken lightly, companies might lose their business and reputation. For a company to be successful and efficient, it must have professional and efficient employees to help it achieve its aims and goals. A good recruitment process also helps the Human Resource Department’s recruitment managers select the ideal persons for the company. Preferably, the selected persons need to be highly motivated and able to perform their work according to the company’s standards. Both theoretical and practical considerations reveal that recruitment is a good investment to consolidate human capital.
