Abstract: Social and environmental challenges, such as climate change and depletion of energy resources, present a challenge to companies and organizations. Many respond by practicing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that address the challenges whilst at the same time help to improve the company’s image. Since it is in the country’s interest to have the highest number of companies actively embracing CSR initiatives, encouraging and supporting those companies who fail to do so is crucial. This case study discusses a project aimed at increasing CSR among companies based in the island of Malta. An initiative was launched to gather data related to CSR practices among Maltese companies. This information served as a basis for developing an audiovisual toolkit as well as a detailed report with the aim to support those companies who do not practise CSR and encourage them to start doing so appropriately and efficiently.
