Abstract: Digitised manuscript of the Dictionary of Maltese National Biography, compiled by Harry Benjamin Formosa (1910-1972). This comprehensive work combines biographical entries with extensive administrative and social registers of 19th and 20th-century Malta. Key contents include chronological lists of Governors, Bishops, and civil servants; military records including Jutland (1916) and World War II casualties; and social history data covering the Maltese nobility, Lyceum faculty, and the arts, among others.
