| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre, with the support of the Government of Flanders, present the programme for the concert "Strings by Candlelight", performed by the Rubio Quartet. The Rubio Quartet was made up of violinists Dirk Van de Velde and Dirk Van den Hauwe, violist Marc Sonnaert, and cellist Peter Devos. The concert featured the musical works of Schubert, Shostakovich, and Dvořák. The performance was held on the 2nd of July, 2003, at Fort St. Angelo, in Vittoriosa, in Malta. |
