| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and M.A.D.C. present the programme for a combined lecture on "Arnold Schönberg and the 2nd Vienna School: Its influence on contemporary music" by Prof. Charles Camilleri, and a recital performed by Duo Nota Bene. Duo Nota Bene was made up of violinist Eva Steinschaden and pianist Alexander Vavtar. The musical recital segment of the event featured the musical works of Anton Webern, Joseph Matthias Hauer, Cesar Bresgen, Charles Camilleri and Arnold Schoenberg. The event was held on the 18th of April, 2006, at Sala Isouard in the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
