| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Finnish Embassy present the programme for a concert celebrating the end of the Finnish EU Presidency, performed by the Arctic Hysteria Quintet. The Arctic Hysteria Quintet was made up of flautist Matti Närhinsalo, oboist Anni Haapaniemi, clarinettist Christoffer Sundqvist, hornist Tommi Hyytinen, and bassoonist Otto Virtanen. The concert featured the musical works of Lars Karlsson, Jean Françaix, and August Klughardt. The performance was held on the 17th of December, 2006, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |

Both programmes include list of members of the Arctic Hysteria Quintet, note on the Arctic Hysteria Quintet, notes on featured music including few biographical notes on their composers, and list of items (including featured music and their composers) in the event.
