| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and the Malta Band Clubs Association (AKA Għaqda Każini tal-Banda) present the programme for an instrumental concert conducted by Mro. Andrew Calleja, performed by the Banda Madonna Tal-Ġilju, and held on the occasion of St. Cecilia's Feast. The concert also starred soloists Marvin Tonna and Mro. Vincent Bonnici. The concert featured the musical works of Robert Samut, Andrew Calleja, Carmelo Pace, Carmelo Caruana, Haydn, Puccini, Tchaikovsky, Verdi, and Mozart. The performance was held on the 31st of October, 2006, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
| Description: | Two copies of programme included, one with conductor Andrew Calleja's and soloists Marvin Tonna's and Vincent Bonnici's signatures, and the other without. Both programmes include message with related photo from president of the Għaqda Każini tal-Banda Lawrence V. Farrugia, note of acknowledgements, message with related captioned photos from president of the Soċjetà Mużikali Madonna tal-Ġilju Teddy Farrugia, essay with related captioned photo on conductor Mro.
