| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre and ActReact present the programme for the 2-act musical "The Secret Garden", adapted from Frances Hodgson Burnett's novel under the same name by Marsha Norman, with music composed by Lucy Simon, and directed by Ray Mangion, with musical direction from Paul Abela. The musical featured some choreography created by Kristina Camilleri Burló. The performance was held from the 20th till the 22nd, and from the 27th till the 29th of May, 2005, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
| Description: | Two copies of programme included, one with cast members'/crews' signatures, and the other without. Both programmes include list of creators/crew, director's note written by director Ray Mangion with his photo, notes with photos on actors Nikki Farrugia, Hannah Schembri, Ryan Noel Grech, Ray Mangion, Roger Tirazona, Keely Rayner, Andrew Venning, Annie Walker, Joe Tanti, Emily Jones, David Ellul Mercer, Hollie Cassar, Patrick Vella Gauci, Kristina Burlo, Clifford Galea, Emanuel Spiteri, Lisa Cassar, Steve Hili, Petra Camilleri and Dorothy Bezzina, lists of cast and dreamers, lists of musical numbers in each act, message from director Ray Mangion with related photo requesting donations to help support his son Oliver Henry Mangion's medical care with relevant account details, note of acknowledgements, list of production team, list of orchestra members, and notes advertising ActReact's forthcoming productions "A Chorus Line" to be held in October, "Educating Rita" (with date to be announced later), and "Jesus Christ Superstar" to be held in Easter 2006.
