| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre presents the programme for the 2-act opera "Il-Wegħda", written by Joe Friggieri with music composed by Charles Camilleri, and artistically directed by Joe Friggieri with musical direction from Joseph Debrincat. The performance featured the Orkestra Nazzjonali (led by Marcelline Agius), and Kor Jubilate Deo (directed by Christopher Muscat). The performance also featured choreography created by Clarissa Borg, from the Creative Dance Studio. The performance was sponsored by the National Lotteries Good Causes fund and BOV. The performance was held on the 24th and the 26th of May, 2007, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
