| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre, in collaboration with the Embassy of the Republic of Italy, presents the programme for a gala concert held in commemoration of the 150th Anniversary of Giacomo Puccini's Birth, titled "An Evening with Puccini", conducted by Valerio Galli, and performed by the Puccini Festival Orchestra. The concert starred singers Elmira Veda (soprano), Alessandra Meozzi (soprano), Fulvio Oberto (tenor), and Massimiliano Valleggi (baritone). The concert featured the musical works of Puccini. The performance was held on the 16th of May, 2008, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta |
