| Abstract: | Manoel Theatre presents the programme for the concert of chamber music "Nostalgia", performed by soprano singer Miriam Cauchi and cellist Simon Abdilla Joslin, with participation of pianist Maria Frendo and the cello section of the Malta Philharmonic Orchestra. The concert featured the musical works of Joseph Vella, Gounod, Dvořák, Rimsky-Korsakov, Kodály, Villa-Lobos, and Piazzolla. The performance was held on the 12th of May, 2009, at the Manoel Theatre, in Valletta. |
