| Abstract: | Recently I was going through my copies of Postage Due stamps in order to organize them better following the various additions I had made over the last couple of years. As I had kept in mind the words of my departed friend and great philatelist Anthony Fenech, when he proposed that I should endeavor to form a "more complete" collection of these stamps, I consulted the Malta Study Circle paper (No. 5) on the subject. As a result, for ease of reference I drew up a summary list of the various issues I distinctive differences recorded in the publication, which I would now like to share with our readers. [excerpt] |
