The life expectancy and the number of older persons in the country is increasing. With decrease in stroke mortality tales, more individuals are likely to live with their residual impairments and disabilities Many health and social services for the older persons his been initiated. With very few researchers being conducted, the issues associated both with stroke and with the older persons in the UAE are obscure and difficult to understand.
