| Abstract: | We, the undersigned Members of the Committee appointed in accordance with the recommendations of the Malta Royal Commission to conduct an investigation into the expenditure of the Government of Malta and the organization of the Government Departments, have the honour to submit the following report on the expenditure of the the Government and the organisation of its departments. |
