Master of Science in Work and Organisational Behaviour (by Research)

Master of Science in Work and Organisational Behaviour (by Research)

This newly introduced Master of Science in Work and Organisational Behaviour (by Research) will provide students with an opportunity to continue their education at a post-graduate level in areas related to work, human resources, occupational health and safety, or industrial relations. The Master of Science by research will allow students to focus on topics that interest them, enabling them to explore these in great detail. The programme includes two units; one on research methods, and a thesis. In terms of research topics, the Centre for Labour Studies will accept proposals that are relevant to work and organisational behaviour and that are within the competence of available academic members of staff. Some of the research topics that the academic board specialises in include areas related to industrial relations, organisational psychology, occupational health, ergonomics, gender and work, work-life balance, equality and diversity in the workplace, and career development.
