This study programme will prepare you to become highly professional for roles in the higher education area such as academic lecturer, academic programme director, higher education administrator, higher education quality assurance officer, learning technologist, librarian, student support officer, research support officer, and so on.
 

This international study programme is designed to provide you with an open and networked learning experience as you develop and strengthen your knowledge of contemporary higher education. The programme prioritises the academic commitments of learning, teaching and research. You are prompted to critically consider these priority areas within the broader perspective of higher education and society at large. In general, the study programme intends a transformative higher education experience in content and in process.
 

Participants of this study programme commit to strengthen and develop their knowledge and skills of learning and teaching as part of an international learning network of field experts and peers. You will engage in 'collaborative, cooperative and collective inquiry, knowledge-creation and knowledgeable action, underpinned by trusting relationships, motivated by a sense of shared challenge and enabled by convivial technologies' (Networked Learning Editorial Collective, 2020).
 
As a participant of this study programme you will actively pursue co-creating learning and teaching in a small community of peers and field specialists. You will closely explore open educational practices moreover open educational resources in learning, teaching and research in the higher education area.
