Payment Details

Early bird registration fee: EUR 20 until 2 March 2026 (noon CET)

Late registration fee: EUR 25 until 18 March 2026 (noon CET) 

Student fee: EUR 10 until 18 March 2026 (noon CET)

Cancellation policy:

75% refund until 15 February

50% refund until 28 February, no refund after this date.
