COST Devotion Meeting CA18211

About

About

Birth trauma affects mothers, fathers and children. The impact of a negative or traumatic birth experience can last for years and even a lifetime. The main goal of COST Action DEVOTION CA18211  over the past four years has been to connect a pan-European multidisciplinary network of birth trauma researchers. By connecting researchers across the world, CA18211 has accelerated what can be learned and shared amongst researchers.

Ultimately, CA18211 has been working towards an ideal universal standard of care to prevent and minimise birth trauma and optimise birth experiences. This final conference in Malta on the 26-28th June 2023 is to showcase all the work that has been carried out by all the members and participants of the COST Action Devotion and to plan the way foward for future collaboration.

Information about the keynote speakers will be uploaded soon.
