Early Bird Fee: EUR145 until 01 September 2025 (noon CET)

Late Registration Fee: EUR160 until 5 November  2025 (noon CET)

Optional Dinner in Valletta on Friday 14 November 2025: EUR45 per person

Deadline for registrations: 5 November 2025 (noon CET)

Cancellation policy:

75% refund until 29 August 2025, 50% refund until 01 October 2025, no refund after this date.
