The annual Film-Philosophy Conference and the related Film-Philosophy Journals are the premiere international sites for the exploration of the relationship between film and philosophy. Sponsored by York University (Toronto) and the University of Malta, the conference this year will take place at the Valletta Campus of the University of Malta, 23-25 June 2025. The conference is supported by a grant from the Social Science & Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC). Submissions are now closed.
