Payment Details

Early Bird Fees until 30 April 2025 (noon CET)

(Registration Fees include coffee-breaks and lunches)

 Early bird registration fee for under-employed @ EUR 150 per person.

Early bird registration fee for fully employed @ EUR190 per person

Late Registration fees until 16 June 2025 (noon CET)

(Registration Fees include coffee-breaks and lunches)

Late registration fee for under-employed @ EUR165 per person. 

Late registration fee for fully employed @ EUR 205 per person

Deadline for Registration: 16 June 2025 (noon CET)

Optional Conference dinner on Tuesday 24 June at Fort St Angelo 

Price per person: EUR 67 per person

75% refund until 01 May,

50% refund until 25 May, no refund after this date
