Social Event:
Welcome Reception on Friday 11 July 2025.
This is included in registration fee, however, accompanying persons have to pay €50.
The reception will be held at 'La Piazza', situated at Corinthia St. George’s Bay St. Julians, which is 5 minutes on foot away from the conference venue.

The restaurant is situated at the conference venue, the Radisson Blu Resort St. Julians.

Cancellation Policy:
75% refund until 17 March 2025
50% refund until 30 May 2025, no refund after this date.
