Call for papers
We are excited to announce that the International Conference Military Orders IX: Documents and Monuments is now inviting submissions.
We welcome different types of submissions, including panels and 20-mins papers. Be sure to follow the following submission instructions:

There are a few important dates to keep in mind: the submission deadline is 14 February 2026, notifications will be sent out by 14 March 2026.
The event itself will take place from 9 to 12 September 2026 in Malta, and we are looking forward to welcoming you.
The registration fee and related deadline will be announced soon. The conference will be in person. However, requests for online participation of speakers will be considered and evaluated according to demand and technical availability.
As in previous years, after the conference, the proceedings will be published following a call for interest among participants. A final decision about publication will be in the hands of the editorial board at the time.
