Call for Papers

Interested participants are required to fill in the below abstract submission form, which should be in one of these areas (please indicate the area when you submit the abstract):

1. Phytonutrients in Health and Nutrition

• Bioactivity, mechanisms, and health benefits of phytonutrients
• Phytonutrient-enriched diets for disease prevention and management

2. Functional Foods and Supplements

• Development and formulation of functional foods and dietary supplements
• Advances in delivery systems and clinical studies on phytonutrient-based products

3. Active and Edible Food Packaging

• Incorporation of phytonutrients into active and edible packaging materials
• Antioxidant and antimicrobial applications in food preservation

4. Analytical Techniques for Phytonutrients and Regulatory Aspects

• Detection, quantification, and migration studies of phytonutrients
• Regulatory and market trends for phytonutrient-based innovations

Guidelines for submission of Abstracts:

Abstract submissions should not exceed 500 words,

The "Abstract Template" provided must be used.

The summary must be written in English.

If your work is developed in partnership with a company, you must indicate this information in the summary.

The author-presenter of the Abstract must ensure that all co-authors are aware of its content before submission.

Each author-presenter of the Abstract can submit a maximum of two Abstracts (for co-authors there is no limit on the number of Abstracts submitted).

All author-presenters of Abstract(s) must be registered for the event and participate (in person or on-line) at the conference poster session.

Submissions that do not comply with these rules may be rejected without consideration of their merit.

All accepted Abstracts will be presented in e-poster format and published in the Abstract book that will be available to all conference participants.
