Should you wish to attend the International  SIPeS Conference 2026, you are kindly requested to fill in the registration form below.

Payment and Registration Fees

Registration Fees for SIPeS members, UNISA, students and UM Staff:

Early Bird Fee: EUR350 until 16 March 2026 (noon CET)

Late Payment Fee: EUR400 until 2 April 2026 (noon CET)

Registration Fees for Non SIPeS members and general Public:

Early Bird Fee: EUR425 until 16 March 2026 (noon CET)

Late Payment Fee: EUR475 until 2 April 2026 (noon CET)

All the above fees include coffee-breaks and lunches during the conference

Optional dinner on 9 April 2026: EUR66 per person.

Registration Deadline: 2 April 2026 (noon CET)

Cancellation policy:

75% refund until 20 February 2026

50% refund until 18 March 2026, no refund after this date.
