Ana Radulescu is the President of IFSW Europe and an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work, Bucharest University. With active engagement in both academia and practice, she participates in projects in various countries, emphasizing innovation in social services and the development of support systems. Ana plays a pivotal role in Ukraine, empowering social workers to lead in creating high-quality support services for IDPs and communities in need. Her work also covers emergency intervention and the professional growth of social workers. Ana has over 30 years of experience in the social work field, dedicated to shaping the evolution of social work education and practice in Europe and beyond.
