Payment Details

The below registration fees cover conference pack and 6 coffee breaks

 Early bird registration fee @ EUR170 per person until 30 January 2026 (noon CET)

Early bird Students registration fee @ EUR45 until 30 January 2026  (noon CET)

Early bird Virtual fee @ EUR50 until 30 January 2026 (noon CET)

Late registration fee @ EUR190 per person until 20 March (09:00am CET)

Late student registration fee @ EUR 50 until 20 March (09:00am CET)

Late virtual registration fee @ EUR60 until 20 March (09:00am CET)

Deadline for Registration:  Friday 20 March at 09:00 am  (CET)

Cancellation Policy:

 75% refund until 15 January

 50% refund until 20 February, no refund after this date.
