Payment Fees

Early bird student fee: EUR 10 until 30 October 2025
Late student registration fee: EUR 15

Early bird registration fee for non students:  EUR 25 until 30 October 2025
Late registration fee for non students: EUR 35

Deadline for Registration:  3 December 2025 (Noon)

Kindly send an email to conferences@um.edu.mt should you wish to cancel your registration.

Cancellation policy:

75% refund until 30 September

50% refund until 3 November, no refund after this date.
