Mrs. Ayako's background and approach to childcare are both interesting and compassionate. Originally from Tokyo, Japan, Mrs. Ayako moved to Malta in 2004 with her husband. They have a daughter currently studying at Junior College. The family shares a deep appreciation for classical concerts, often attending them together. Mrs. Ayako holds a bachelor's degree in physical education and is also licensed as a nursery school teacher in Japan. She worked as a nursery school teacher for 4 years before deciding to pursue further studies in the UK and Malta. Her plans took a turn when she met her husband, leading her to settle in Malta. Prior to joining Tajra as a Childcare Educator, she worked in the tourism sector. In her role as a Childcare Educator, Mrs. Ayako places significant emphasis on understanding and attending to the feelings of children, especially those who may struggle to express themselves effectively. Love and care are central to her approach, and she brings a cheerful, fun, and energetic demeanour to her childcare responsibilities. Humour is also a key element in her approach, contributing to a positive and enjoyable environment for the children. Beyond her professional life, Mrs. Ayako's family-oriented nature is evident in her shared activities with her husband and daughter, particularly their love for classical concerts. Her story reflects a dedicated and nurturing individual with a genuine passion for providing quality childcare.
