Draft Applications including Budget in the call template should reach the RSSD office 3 to 5 weeks before the deadline, depending on whether the University of Malta is coordinator or partner.

The finalised Application and Budget need to reach the RSSD office 1 week before the deadline to ensure processing in time.

In order to ensure the quality of proposals submitted and equitableness to all applications, proposals received beyond these dates will not be processed.

The reviewing team needs to be given time to review proposals and provide feedback, and time needs to be allowed for Rector to be available to sign.
