Important dates

The ACCESS – Disability Support Unit (ADSU) on campus would like to remind: 

  • students that it is here to ensure that they have all the access arrangements they need to support them in their course of studies during their stay at the University  
  • students to discuss the matter prior to applying and submitting the application form/s
  • students who have already been given access arrangements, to feel free to make an appointment by email in order to discuss how they are getting on with them or to consider alternative arrangements which might be of help in accessing lectures as well as in the course of studies and examinations.  
  • students who have already been given access arrangements and have progressed to a higher level or changed course, that they should submit a new application form as the previous arrangements will not be considered valid.

Deadlines to apply for access arrangements are as follows: 

Semester 1 - 15th November of the current academic year

Semester 2 - 21st March of the current academic year

Late applications will not be accepted without a valid reason. Requests for access arrangements received after the deadline will be considered for the next academic year.
