The Scheduling Office is responsible for the allocation of lecture rooms at the UM Msida campus.

The use of these rooms is mainly for lecturing and examination purposes, and other University activities, but on occasion might also be available for non-University activities.

Requests for venues required on a semester/regular basis are to be sent using the Semester booking form  , while requests for venues required for a one-off booking are to be sent using the One-off booking form.

Requests for computer labs for lecture purposes are to be sent using the Computer labs booking form, while requests for labs for examination purposes are to be sent using the Computer assisted exam booking form.

Requests for venues required for events, or activities which are not related to a lecture or study-unit are to be sent to the Conferences and Events Unit using the appropriate form.
