With this form you will confirm and pay for your booking for childminding service to be offered from the 1st to September 12th, from 07:30 to 13:30 (no extra time).

If you have siblings please fill in a form for each child. The fee is €10 per child per day. Thank you.

Registration is open until Wednesday, 27th August, NOON. Only confirmed submissions will be considered.
