The MA in Social Policy, available full or part-time, provides an in-depth exploration of social policy theory, contemporary debates, and emerging trends. We examine poverty, social exclusion, and the dynamics of social change. We engage in critical analysis of social policies, comparing approaches, and discussing the implications of EU Cohesion Policy. Students further learn advanced research methods and develop management skills for effective planning, implementation, and evaluation of social services and projects. This course improves employability in social policy development, research, and service and project management in various areas within government, private, or NGO sectors at local and international levels.
