The Committee for Safeguarding the Code of Professional Academic Conduct has been set up to:

• consider misconduct in relation to the academic staff of the University as stipulated in the Manual of Procedures of the Collective Agreement
• carry out a full enquiry, keeping detailed records of the proceedings
• draw up conclusions
• recommend any action to the Rector and inform Senate and Council accordingly.
