Strategic Implementation Forum

1. The session can start with members of the Working Group introducing themselves and their interest in the Forum's Strategic Theme. 
   
   
2. Discuss the current and future activities that reflect the Main Commitments for the Forum’s Strategic Theme (summary diagram below). The following questions can be used to guide the discussion: 
   
   
   • 2.1 What initiatives and activities already exist in your academic or administrative entity*, which reflect the "Main Commitments 2020-2025: Learning and Teaching" (link)?
       
   • 2.2 What initiatives can be introduced, leveraging existing capabilities and resources, for your entity to implement the "Main Commitments 2020-2025: Learning and Teaching" (link)?
       
   • 2.3 What ideas for implementation can be introduced in other academic or administrative entities?
       
3. The Working Group Leaders or other assigned members will present a summary of the discussion in the main plenary session (5-10 minutes, verbal). 
    

 * The term ‘entity’ is used to reflect any University entity such as academic faculties, departments, centres, institutes and schools, and administrative directorates and departments.
