Study-unit Aims:

- To enhance knowledge and understanding of key issues through theoretical frameworks and through practice in the fields of physical development, anatomy, injury prevention, and nutrition.
- To familiarise students with current debates and underlying fundamental principles of science, embodiment, and dance practice.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Knowledge & Understanding:

By the end of the study-unit the student will be able to:
- Demonstrate knowledge of anatomy and its importance to the development of dance practice.
