DESCRIPTION The study-unit introduces Master’s students to the theoretical foundations of creativity alongside practical tools for creative thinking. Creativity is treated as a learnable skill that can be developed, applied, and evaluated across both professional and academic contexts.

Students will explore key theories of creativity, including cognitive, motivational, and social perspectives, while also engaging with practical methods that support creative thinking. Various frameworks will be used to examine how new ideas are generated, how established patterns of thinking can be disrupted, and how creativity can be channelled towards useful and implementable outcomes.
