| DESCRIPTION | - Furnish students with a comprehension of governance, regulation, and compliance, encompassing principles, theories, and best practices. Students are encouraged to analyse, compare, and understand regulatory frameworks across different countries and sectors. - Assess, devise, and execute effective compliance and risk management strategies in international settings. This extends to exploring sustainability reporting, carbon emissions regulations, and environmental compliance. - Ethical considerations and corporate social responsibility (CSR), emphasising sustainable business practices. Students are to engage with cross-cultural communication and negotiation challenges in international governance and compliance contexts. Additionally, the programme encourages analysis of contemporary and emerging trends like the influence of technology (AI and blockchain) on regulatory processes and global crisis responses, ensuring a well-rounded understanding of the evolving landscape of governance, regulation, and compliance.
