|DESCRIPTION||This study-unit will help students to get started on this routine by only utilising your bodyweight in the exercises you perform. Learn the proper technique for the various exercises and get stronger slowly and sensibly. There will be a series of body weight exercise sessions designed to safely develop strength, coordination, posture, flexibility and balance over a period of 10 weeks.
Appropriate unit material will be provided by the tutor during the sessions.
Attendance is obligatory and students need to have a minimum of 50% attendance.
