|DESCRIPTION||This is a Fitness Class designed to energize your mind, body and soul. In this class you will get a full fitness cardio work out using the methods of boxing and aerobic fitness designed for all levels. Such methods used are: skipping on the spot; jogging, squats, crunches, sit-ups, punch outs, twists, jumps plus much more.
Appropriate unit material will be provided by the tutor during the sessions.
In keeping with the spirit of Degree Plus, there is no formal assessment associated with the unit. A certificate of attendance and of satisfactory completion of the unit will be provided at the end of the semester.
