The Research Support Services Directorate (RSSD) is organising its annual Research Managers- International Staff week. The event aims to bring together all interested applicants to visit the University of Malta and benefit from a comprehensive programme focusing on best practices to provide R&I support to researchers.

The main objective is to host incoming visitors who are interested in familiarising themselves with the UM’s research support services, mainly the RSSD, the Project Support Office (PSO), the Corporate Research and Knowledge Transfer (KTO), the Doctoral School and the SEA-EU Office.

The staff week will contribute towards widening and strengthening cooperation, exchanging know-how, and sharing good practices.

The content of the staff week is planned to provide the visitors with the opportunity to meet with counterparts occupying similar roles at the UM and to gain first-hand experiences of the level and type of research support services provided. We will be organising a two-way workshop where visitors will also be invited to present their best practices and sharing of ideas.
