Presentation Guidelines
With regards to the presentations, kindly note that all presentations should be delivered in English.
Each presentation is 15 minutes long and presenters should plan to keep strictly to this timeframe.
Slides should be clear and readable, with a simple layout and sufficiently large font.
Presenters should keep text on slides concise and prioritise key messages.
Where possible, presenters should use accessible design practices, including high contrast and avoiding dense text.
Any audio, video, or online content should be tested in advance and kept brief. If presenters include images of identifiable individuals, they should ensure appropriate permissions.
