The ICCSD provides online maps with cycling routes around the Eastern Region.  Each route can be individually viewed on google maps or downloaded as a KML file.

To open the routes in Strava, follow the steps below: 

1. From the cycling routes list, select the route that you want to convert and open it in Google My Maps. 
2. Click the 3 dots to open the menu and select Download KML. 
3. Visit https://kml2gpx.com/ and upload the exported KML file. 
4. Hit Covert and download the GPX file. 
5. Open it in Strava using the 'Create New Route' function. 

The routes are designed with beginners in mind and they follow secondary and residential roads as much as possible.  Some routes pass through pedestrian subways or use pedestrian crossings.

PLEASE make sure to always give priority to pedestrians in such spaces.  The routes are designed using one-way streets in the permitted direction.
